Simulacrum

Among the scientific concepts, within the framework of which an in-depth understanding of the transformation of symbolic aspects in virtual space is undertaken, a special place belongs to the philosophical treatise of J. Baudrillard, and his comprehension of the phenomena of hyperreality and simulacres provides rich food for understanding the new symbolic digital reality.
The spread of the Internet has led to the emergence of a specific form of social space - virtual space, which has specific characteristics, properties and functions. This specificity requires a thorough analysis, the need for which is caused, first of all, by the more active use of symbols in virtual space in comparison with real space, up to almost complete substitution of real activities and communication by their virtual substitutes, which leads to ambiguous consequences for society.
The concept of the exhibition "Simulacrum" substantiates the need for philosophical comprehension of innovative technologies of the "IV industrial revolution". The technology of augmented / virtual / mixed reality is proposed as the main vector of comprehension and interpretation. The choice of these types of technologies is connected with the fact that in the coming years (after the universal introduction of the new 5G mobile communication standard) they will acquire a mass character and affect not only the productive sphere, but also all other spheres of life and activity.

"They say that social networks are badly affected, the virtual world has replaced real life, and our generation is doomed. We repeat this, sitting all in the same social networks.
But there is a big difference between 'active use' and 'abuse'.
We hate and find flaws in any action of our friends / acquaintances, and we sit on the ass exactly. It is easy to succumb to the opinions of others and condemn, because you dont't need to think like that - it's convenient.
But before that, everything was more or less convenient, plans were made for the future, how to spend the summer, what ideas to implement . . . And literally in a week, nothing remained of relevance.
It is necessary to analyse everything and look at things from different angles. Then it turns out to use what the world offers you as tool for improving it, and not turn it into a means for wasting time.
This exhibition will feature portraits in digital art format." - Alesha
The development of computer thinking has led to the digitalisation of art. Digital objects are now available to anyone. So, if you can't physically go to a museum, take a virtual tour to see the paintings in detail." - RTI
"We have always been interested in observing the development of modern technology and the process of its introduction into life, but it seemed that it would never become part of everyday life. Last year, we started thinking about a project that would show the possibilities of AR in an accessible way.
